PhoeniXL300  Helium Leak Detector

The PhoeniXL300 is the new solution for vacuum helium leak detection. The PhoeniXL300 is a highly portable solution for helium leak detection of high vacuum solutions. The PhoeniXL300 can be used in either vacuum or sniff mode. The PhoeniXL300 Series is available in both wet(oil pump) and dry configurations. For production applicationds, the Modul PhoeniXL300 incorporates a separate higher capacity vacuum pump for quick evacuation. The PhoexiXL320 Fab Dry Helium Leak Detector is designed for clean rooms and other areas where particulates are a concern.
