metalizing, space simulation and leak detection applications. For
vacuum pumps, we can rebuild manufacturers such as Leybold, Edwards,
Varian, Pfeiffer, CTI-Cryogenics and Ebara. Types of pumps include
turbomolecular, rotary vane, dry pumps, scroll pumps, roots blowers
and cryopumps. We also can supply specialty vacuum oils.
Diffusion Pump Heater replacements can be made
for manufacturers such as Varian, Leybold, NRC, CVC and Edwards. We
can also provide foreign and obsolete diffusion pump heater
replacements.
For Vacuum feedthroughs and electrical
feedthroughs, we can provide types such as Power Feedthroughs, BNC
Feedthroughs, SHV Feedthroughs, RF Power Feedthroughs and
thermocouple feedthroughs.
Schoonover can supply ferrofluidic
feedthrough replacements for most all manufacturers through our
relationship with Ferrotec. Ferrotec also repairs and rebuilds their
rotary feedthroughs. |
