The Nolek pressure decay leak detection
system. Pressure Decay Leak Testing with over pressure or vacuum decay can be
accomplished from vacuum to 15 atmospheres. Integration of different
leak test methods in one instrument gives high flexibility:
- Differential pressure
- Mass flow
- Absolute pressure
Examples of leak detection that can be
accomplished with the PressurizeIT include:
-Automotive Leak Checking
-Air Conditioning Component
-Electronics
-Medical and Pharmaceutical Packages
-Heat Exchangers
-Hydraulic and Pneumatic
-Castings
-Water Armature and Pumps
-Packaging
-Machine Builders
Multi-functional helium charging system
for leak detection applications. Functions are:
• Proof Test
• Pressure Decay
• Evacuation (vacuum pump)
• Vacuum Decay
• Helium Charging and Mixing
• Helium Recovery Management
• Cleaning and Back Fill
• PC control and Communication
The ChargeIT determines that the
product being leak tested does not have a gross leak by 1)performing a
pressure decay and vacuum decay leak test. The helium charging system
then 2) pulls a vacuum on the system before back-filling with helium gas
(or mixture helium-nitrogen). The ChargeIT actually allows the user to
3) choose the mixture of helium to nitrogen ratio. Once complete with
the helium leak test, the ChargeIT allows the 4) venting of the test
unit to a recovery system. The area can then be 4) cleaned by air or
nitrogen.
The ChargeIT can be used in either
vacuum leak testing or sniffing leak detection.
Helium Leak Detection Systems typically
use large amounts of helium tracer gas. With the rising cost of helium,
recovery of helium test gas is a priority.
With the RecoverIT, up to 98% of the
helium used in testing can be recovered, saving thousands of dollars.
