ASM 182 Series Helium Leak Detector The ASM 182 Series is the most popular helium leak detector on the market for leak checking small parts. The ASM 182 is designed for easy integration into production lines, leak detection of small parts or leak test of large volumes. Equipped with a 15 cfm roughing pump and a 130 l/s high vacuum turbopump, the 182 Series provides unmatched reliable and repeatable performance. The 182 Series can be equipped with economical oil sealed rotary vane pumps or the ACP Series oil-free and particulate free roots dry pumps.
ASM 192 Series Helium Leak Detector The 192 Series has all the capabilities of the 182 Series with extended pumping capacities. The ASM 192 has a booster 100 l/s turbopump to provide an impressive 4.4 l/s pumping speed at the test port for fast response and exceptional helium clean-up. Dual roughing pumps (30 cfm total) provide an ability to effectively pump leak check volumes of up to 1000 liters. Leak checking can start at a unheard of pressure of 30 torr. The 192 Series can be equipped with economical oil seal rotary vane pumps or the ACP Series oil-free and particulate free roots dry pumps.
